[c-control] oscillation in RNCs 1 & 3. (rackmounted compressors)

Yep, I've just avoided RNC 3 on a regular basis but I think I've had no problems with RNC's 1, 2, and 4 so far. Not certain I've tried RNC 1 though.

I think we have experienced this as well, specifically with RNC 3.

Hi All,
A few wks ago I tried to use RNCs 1 & 3 & they made a loud, fast, oscillating sound when I plugged them in.  I successfully used RNC 1 last night though.  Please drop an email to c-control list if you experience something like this too, listing the RNC that's acting up.
