[c-control] oscillation in RNCs 1 & 3. (rackmounted compressors)

Hi All,A few wks ago I tried to use RNCs 1 & 3 & they made a loud, fast, oscillating sound when I plugged them in.  I successfully used RNC 1 last night though.  Please drop an email to c-control list if you experience something like this too, listing the RNC that's acting up.
