Ampersand is thrilled to have the inimitable Cuddle Magic play our July 30th show. Cuddle Magic is a six-member Brooklyn & Philadelphia-based ensemble that integrates unique electro-acoustic sounds, as well as strategies from the contemporary classical world, into songs based in folk & popular traditions. They are collaborating with Anna Roberts-Gevalt, a Baltimore-based multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker & musician, to make visuals for this performance. Opening the show is Tom Greenberg, who continues where his old band, BOBBY, left off, debuting new songs that strip that super lush dream pop sound down a bit for a one-man band to handle. Don't forget to visit the List Visual Arts Gallery before the show starts. The gallery is open until 8pm and is right above the theater, and there's no charge!
