Happy Birthday, Noam Chomsky!

To celebrate the 94th birthday of Professor Noam Chomsky today, we will air excerpts from a recent interview with him, conducted by his longtime collaborator David Barsamian of Alternative Radio. One of the leading voices for peace and social justice for many decades, Chomsky is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Linguistics and Philosophy at MIT, and Laureate Professor of Linguistics and Haury Chair in the Program in Environment and Social Justice at the University of Arizona. He is the author of over 100 books on linguistics, philosophy, politics, media, international affairs and U.S. foreign policy.
