Daniel Ellsberg, the renowned whistle-blower, scholar, writer and activist, recently disclosed that he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, with a prognosis of three to six months to live. Grassroots activists have organized a national Daniel Ellsberg Week from April 24-30 to celebrate his work and to take action in support of whistleblowers and peacemakers. Tonight we air an excerpt from a 2021 interview with Ellsberg from Democracy Now.
