May 10's Seasonal Soulstice Tribute to Bohannon was not enough. Today's PatDemic focuses primarily around his 1978 monster jam, Let's Start the Dance. A killer dance floor number that not only inspired re-edits by DJ greats Larry Levan, Francois Kevorkian, Danny Krivit, and house producers, but inspired Bohannon himself. He reconfigured the song multiple times with Let's Start II Dance Again (1981), Let's Start the Dance III (1983) and various remixes. We'll explore the versions and diaspora
