Who else but Tarzan? Also known as John Clayton II, or Viscount Greystoke, the loinclothed nobleman was a jungle swinger who settles on Jane Porter as his mate. He's also the fictional creation of Edgar Rice Burroughs, expressing the author's support of eugenics. Yet Tarzan continues to excite the imagination. Heck, I read 12 of his books (out of 24) at age 12. Burroughs' Mars series was far better.
