The Family Folk Chorale is a multi-generational vocal group of more than 60 singers from the greater Boston area who present three concerts per year exploring a genre, theme, or work of a particular musical artist or group.
This seasons Chorale concert, at Arlington Town Hall on Sunday, November 20 at 3:00 PM, will celebrate the music of the Grateful Dead, backed acoustically by musicians from longtime area jam bands Jiggle The Handle and Max Creek.
A subset of the Chorale (as many as can fit into the WMBR studios), and musicians including guitarist Gary Backstrom, are scheduled to join host Eli Polonsky at about 12:30 PM for an interview and live performance of music from their Grateful Dead celebration concert!
Location: 88.1 FM
