The great bassist/ composer Mario Pavone passed away on March 15 in Madeira, FL at the age of 80. Also music from the great multi-instrumentalist/ composer/ educator Anthony Braxton: June 4 will be his 76th Birthday. Remembering Red Holloway (1927-2012) in the Classic Tenor Corner.
