Guitarist Andy Powell, original member of British rock band Wishbone Ash, is scheduled to join host Eli Polonsky for a live telephone interview at 1:00 PM!
Wishbone Ash formed in Devon, England in 1969. Their early '70s progressive rock albums pioneered the use of twin lead guitars in the genre, and gained them airplay on FM progressive rock radio in the UK and the USA.
Wishbone Ash became a popular live attraction in the '70s, and continued to record and tour through the present with Powell the only constant member amid changing lineups. The band released their 24th studio album "Blue Horizon" earlier this year.
Powell and Wishbone Ash will be performing Saturday, September 20, at The Center for Arts in Natick, MA. Listen for your chance to win tickets!
Location: 88.1 FM
