The Small Glories Performs Live on WMBR's Lost Highway Program

Cara Luft was one of the original members of the Wailin' Jennys. Since moving on from that band she's released 3 solo albums. JD Edwards had been performing with his band for nearly a decade when he and Luft had the opportunity to play together in their home town of Winnipeg at the West End Cultural Center's 25th anniversary party. That happened in 2012. Since then, they have officially created a new band and just released their debut recording, Wondrous Traveler. On Friday June 3rd they're opening for Eva Walsh at Passim at 8pm. This morning they'll join host Doug Gesler to chat and play some some songs from their new disc. That's from 9:30-10am.
