Greg Klyma Performs Live on WMBR's Lost Highway Program

Greg Klyma has hosted a weekly jam, Americana Sundays (7pm) for years. It takes place at Thunder Road and just celebrated its first anniversary earlier this month. Prior to that it ran for a number of years at P.A.'s Lounge. With a large number of local players taking part at these gigs, Greg has brought together a good part of the local music scene and presented great live music with a dance floor available. He's a troubadour in the classic sense, has toured widely, and made a number of recordings. His latest, Never Knew Caroline, has just come out. Gurf Morlix, Bill Kirchen, Jonathan Byrd and Peter Case all played on it. Greg will celebrate the release of this music on August 13 at Thunder Road at 7pm with lots of guest musicians. This morning he'll stop by the studios and to talk and play us some of the new songs. That's at 9:30am.
